Word to the Wise about Blogspot Comments! (FAIL)


You know the section of your dashboard that lists all the comments you've received?  Well, I was under the impression that those were more like notifications of the comments.  So I wanted to clear my "notifications" of my comments out so that I would only see notifications of my most recent comments.  Well, after clearing the first page of 25 comments, I got a weird creepy feeling in my stomach...  So before I deleted anymore, I went to my blog to make sure those comments were still there...  And 'lo and behold...  I had actually deleted the COMMENTS!  FAIL!  So if you noticed that my comment totals have dropped on my recent posts, that is why.  I wasn't meaning to delete your comments.  If you're feeling generous, you could always help me out and try to remember what you commented on my posts and repost them.  If not, that's cool too.  But I'm 25 comments short of what I actually had no.

Learn from my error, and do NOT delete them (pic related).  Has this happened to anyone else on here?

    You should have been more careful :)

    I rarely delete comments maybe one so far. Simply because it was about something not relevant to the post.
